Blake's 7?

An animated pixel art of the Liberator from Blake's 7 crossing a star field from left to right.

... is a 1978-81 British scifi show with a distinctly dystopian bent. Think anti-Trek or prequel/AU to Firefly. I also keep hearing that Star Wars: Andor is similar. If you haven't seen B7 or seen only parts of it, I'd advise against looking it up. It's better without spoilers!

I got immediately hooked when I began watching in late 2015 and things developed from there. A bunch of art and fics later, and here we are. In March 2017 I also founded "Rebels and Fools Press", for which I've been editing the digital anthology fanzine "Rebels and Fools".

Pairings?

Avon/Vila! As a firm believer in "ship and let ship", I'm don't even want to mention Avon/Blake, but let's just say: It often gets portrayed as the only natural pairing for B7, which is just nonsense. Canonically, Blake's 7 is a show with very little romance and a lot of character chemistry, so it's very feasible to ship everyone with everyone in the first place, and, to me, Avon/Vila is far more appealing than pretty much anything else.
You can read more about Avon/Vila HERE.

Having said that: I read pretty much everything and have dabbled a little in Avon/Vila/Cally, too.
